Listing Terms

Properties listed through our "Sell With Us" process are verified by our team. Listings remain active for 120 days. Post 120 days, an extension fee of ₹500 per month applies. Revaluation after 80 days is available for a fee of ₹1000.

Property Transactions

All property transactions are subject to legal verification. Dashmesh Estates acts as a broker and is not liable for discrepancies in property documents provided by sellers.
